We want you to be completely satisfied with your BRIC'S purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or monogrammed products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original box with all tags attached, ensuring the protective dust bag and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
